If you don't have a profile
If you don't already have a profile on the system then once you login you may be prompted to create one聽or apply for one if you are allowed.
If you are allowed to create a profile you will be presented with the below screen:
To create your profile now, simply click on the 'Create my profile' button.
If you are not allowed to create a profile then you will see the below screen appear:
Only staff members found in HR who belong to specific departments in the University can create profiles. PhD students of the same departments can also create a profile
If you do not belong to one of the specific departments, according to HR or you cannot be found in HR's database then you will not be allowed to create a profile.
Undergraduate and Masters students will not be allowed to have a profile created.
