Summary
I am a Senior Lecturer in Criminology and Criminal Justice teaching on the Professional Policing Degree programme. Previously i have taught Criminology at the University of Gloucestershire.
Prior to academia I was a supervisory Police Detective specialising in sexual offending risk, professsional standards/counter corruption and serious and complex investigations. I was also a national Hostage and Crisis Negotiator and Kidnap Commander, an area i hope to research further in my current role.
