Research Interests
David is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainability and Global Value Chains at 香港六合彩搅珠直播 Business School. He is an interdisciplinary researcher with a background in both social and natural sciences. His research interests include: food and agriculture systems, global value chains, innovation, and technology management. One of his most recent research endeavours focuses on how to improve food systems in sub-Saharan African urban centres with the help of novel and emerging innovations and technologies
